Harvix Terms of Service for your personal use

PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE BELOW. THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY REVISED AGREEMENTS THAT WE MAY POST FROM TIME TO TIME, STATE THE AGREEMENT (AGREEMENT) UNDER WHICH HARVIX D/B/A HARVIX (HARVIX) PROVIDES YOU WITH VARIOUS SERVICES, CURRENTLY LOCATED AT HARVIX.COM, AND ANY OTHER RELATED OR SUCCESSOR SITES (SITE). ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY HARVIX ON THE SITE ARE COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS SERVICES. BY ACCESSING, BROWSING AND/OR USING OUR SITE AND/OR SERVICES, YOU ARE DEEMED TO ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF THAT SITE. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS, BROWSE OR USE THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES WE PROVIDE.

Intellectual Property Rights

The contents of our Site (Content) are intended for the personal, noncommercial use of our users. All right, title and interest to the content displayed on our Site, including but not limited to the Sites look and feel, data, information, text, graphics, images, sound or video materials, photographs, designs, trademarks, service marks, trade names, URLs and content provided by third parties, are the property of Harvix, or the respective third parties, and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by Harvix, you agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, perform, display, license, reverse engineer or create derivative works based on the Site or any Content (including without limitation any software) available through the Site.

Changes to this Agreement

Harvix may make changes to this Agreement from time to time in its sole discretion. Each time changes are made to this Agreement, a revised Agreement will be posted on the home page. Your continued use of our Site and/or the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of any such changes. You can review the most current version of this Agreement here. Please check this page from time to time for current terms of use.

Our Privacy Policy

The information that we obtain through your use of our Site, whether through the registration process or otherwise, is subject to our privacy policy (Privacy Policy). The Harvix Privacy Policy can be viewed on our Privacy Policy Page. The Privacy Policy contains terms and conditions that govern our collection and use of the information you provide to us, including our respective rights relative to that information. Please review the applicable Privacy Policy before you use our Site. If you are unwilling to accept the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, please do not use our Site.

Access to our Site

You are hereby granted a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable, limited license to view, reproduce, print, cache, store and distribute content retrieved from our Site via a generally available consumer web browser, provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Services or remove or obscure the copyright notice or other notices displayed on the content. You may not reproduce, print, cache, store or distribute content retrieved from the Site in any way, for any commercial use without the prior written permission of Harvix or the copyright holder identified in the relevant copyright notice. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing contained in this Agreement or on the Site shall be construed as conferring any other license or right, expressly, by implication, by estoppel or otherwise, with respect to any of Harvix's content or under any third party's content. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

No Automated Querying

Harvix does not have an established maximum number of transaction, transmissions, or level of storage used in connection with the Services. Harvix reserves the right to set such limits, in its sole discretion, at any time. You may not send automated queries of any sort to the Site without express advance written permission from Harvix. Note that sending automated queries includes, among other things: o using any software which sends queries to our sites to determine how a website or webpage ranks for various queries; o meta-searching; and o performing offline searches on the Site. Data and Resources form Others A central part of the Site and the Services includes links to other websites or resources and information (including gadgets, financial information) provided by others. Because Harvix has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Harvix is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Harvix shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Finally, you acknowledge that such external sites and third-party tools usually have their own terms and conditions, including privacy policies, over which Harvix has no control and which will govern your rights and obligations with respect to the use of such.

Termination to our Services

You agree that Harvix, in its sole discretion, may terminate your access to any of the Services for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Harvix believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement. You agree that any termination of your access to the Services may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Harvix may bar any further access to such files or the Services. If you use the Site in violation of this Agreement, Harvix may, in its sole discretion, retain all data collected from your use of the Site. Further, you agree that Harvix shall not be liable to you or to any third party for the discontinuation or termination of your access to the Services, or collection of information notwithstanding in the case of your violation of this Agreement, even if advised of a claim for damages. You may cease using the Services at any time. You do not need to inform Harvix if you cease using the Services.

BY USING THE SITE AND THE SERVICES YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:

o THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. NO CONTENT ON OUR SITE IS INTENDED TO CONSTITUTE PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, WHETHER MEDICAL, FINANCIAL, LEGAL OR OTHERWISE. HARVIX AND THOSE POSTING OR OTHERWISE PROVIDING INFORMATION, SERVICES OR MATERIAL ON OUR SITE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES RELATING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY TO ANY ACTION OR INACTION YOU TAKE BASED ON THE INFORMATION, SERVICES OR OTHER MATERIAL ON OUR SITE. o YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. HARVIX EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON- INFRINGEMENT. o HARVIX MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, CURRENT OR ERROR-FREE, THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, TIMELY, USEFUL OR RELIABLE, OR THAT THE QUALITY OF ANY POSTINGS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR NEEDS. o ANY MATERIAL OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO COMPUTER SYSTEMS OR FOR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OR USE OF ANY SUCH MATERIAL. o NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM OUR SITE OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THEIR TERMS.

Harvix Privacy Policy for your personal use

Harvix. (Harvix) respects your privacy and realizes that trust is the foundation of our relationship with you. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect about you, how it is used, and with whom we may or may not share it. We also offer you options regarding your privacy choices more fully described below.

This Privacy Policy only covers the Harvix website along with any and all related pages on harvix.com. We are not responsible for the privacy practices on any website other than harvix.com. For example, we do not exercise control over the sites that appear as search results when you use the Harvix website. When you leave the Harvix website, we encourage you to carefully review the privacy policies on all other websites that you visit.

Information we collect from you

Harvix may collect your queries and ip adresses only in case of suspition of automated querying, emergency, and specialized research. If none of the above Harvix may not collect any information about you except google analytics data.

Changes to this Policy

Harvix may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat your personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address you have specified or by placing a prominent notice on the Harvix website.
